My programs include full-body resistance training, cardio and high-intensity training, flexibility, ABS, and core, using a variety of different equipment.
During a consultation, I check your body measurements on a professional body analyzer. We discuss your main goal and then I create an individualized training and nutrition plan.
I will be training with you in my personal training studio and do regular checks to see your progress and make any changes in your plans if needed. I’m here to help, give advice and support you, especially when you have worse moments or want to give up.
